Welkom bij Groenhartig. Wij telen sinds 2017 in Amsterdam-West een grote diversiteit aan salades, groenten, kruiden, eetbare bloemen en kleinfruit voor de Amsterdamse chef’s en foodies. Dit doen wij volgens ecologische principes door onder andere het bevorderen van bio-diversiteit in en om onze tuinen.
Wij geloven dat gezondheid plant en dier begint in de bodem, en werken dus alleen met natuurlijke middelen om ook in de bodem de bio-diversiteit en juiste balans aan mineralen en elementen te stimuleren.

Welcome at Groenhartig. Since 2017 we have been growing a large selection of salads, vegetables, edible flowers, herbs and fruit for the chef’s and foodies of Amsterdam. We do this according to ecological principles. We don’t just look at the end-product, but look at the whole ecosystem in which our gardens are situated.
Soil health is a large part of that as well. We believe that a healthy soil is the basis for healthy humans. Therefore we work solely with natural soil amendments to stimulate soil life an the mineral balance in the soil.
Groentenpakketten
Wil je ook genieten van al het lekkers dat groeit in onze tuinen en meer, dan kun je je aanmelden voor een groentenabonnement. Je ontvangt dan 32 weken lang (vanaf eind april) elke week een pakket met heerlijke bekende, en spannende culinaire seizoensproducten.
Naast dat je wekelijks heerlijke producten ontvangt, steun je ook nog eens een duurzaam stadslandbouwinitiatief!
Doordat we vanaf het begin af aan werken met chef-koks in Amsterdam hebben we een groot assortiment aan heerlijke producten in de tuin staan. Daarnaast werken we ook steeds meer samen met eco- en bio-telers uit de omgeving die ons assortiment verder aanvullen met fruit, paddenstoelen, kruiden en groenten.
Vegetable Subscription
Would you like a weekly selection of our all the goodies from our gardens? You can become a member and get a weekly bag filled with fresh culinary produce for the duration of our main growing season, which is 32 weeks starting the last week of April.
Besides all the delicious produce, you also support a sustainable urban farming initiative!
Because we have been working with chef’s in Amsterdam, we have been cultivating a large selection of delicious products in our gardens. Besides that, we also work together with ecological growers from the vicinity that supplement our weekly availability with fruit, mushrooms, herbs and more vegetables.

Onze webshop voor losse pakketten is momenteel gesloten. Mogelijk bieden wij in de zomer weer losse pakketten aan. Afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid.
One off veggie bags
Our webshop is currently closed. We might start offering the non-subscription bags again in the summer, depending on availability.
Natuurinclusief
Alles begint bij een gezonde bodem. Wij werken uitsluitend met natuurlijke producten die het bodemleven stimuleren. Wij voeden de bodem, de bodem voedt de plant.
Door het aanplanten van diverse bloeiende hagen en slim beheer, zorgen we voor gezonde insectenpopulaties die ons helpen bij het in balans houden van ons lokale ecosysteem.
